Which Program Provider Is Right For Me?

To offer Illinois Home Performance, all Participating Contractors must work in partnership with a Program Provider. Program Providers offer homeowners important benefits such as quality assurance and financial incentives. To earn an Illinois Home Performance Certificate of Completion, homeowners must:

  1. Work with a Participating Contractor to complete the IHP Process
  2. Participate in the associated program offered by your local Program Provider (listed next to each Participating Contractor)
  3. Achieve the requirements for a Silver or Gold Certificate
